Why Acne Remedies Don’t Work

The reason for the ignorance and misunderstanding about acne is ironic. It is inadvertently fostered by the very commercial concerns that are spending hundreds of millions of dollars to sell acne cures.
Because acne hits virtually everyone, countless billions of dollars have been spent over the years developing, marketing, and promoting a plethora of products to deal with the problem. Why, then, do so many people continue to feel that acne is an incurable condition?

Simple: Although those products help in the treatment of acne up to a point, they don’t solve the problem for most people most of the time.
As we shall discuss in the next chapter, acne is a disease that has four specific stages. For each stage, there are products available that work pretty well. However, if you use only one such product, it will cure your acne only if, by coincidence, all your acne is in the stage that Particular product aims to attack.
